Welcome to Sedra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sedra mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account using your mobile phone number. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account and OTP verification codes
Not share your account credentials with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Use of Platform

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

Property Listings

We strive to ensure that property listings on our Platform are accurate and up to date. However:

Listings are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer
Prices, availability, unit areas, and specifications may change without prior notice
Images and renders are illustrative and may differ from actual units
Final property details are confirmed in the official reservation and sale agreements

Reservations and Payments

When you make a reservation or payment through our Platform:

A reservation constitutes an expression of interest subject to availability and company approval
Down payments and installment schedules are governed by the specific payment plan agreed upon
All payments are processed through authorized and secure payment gateways
You will receive confirmation of successful payments through the Platform and/or SMS
Payment deadlines must be respected; late payments may result in penalties as outlined in your agreement
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of reservation. Generally:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our offices or through official channels
Refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines depend on the stage of the transaction and the terms of your agreement
Administrative fees may apply to cancellations
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within the timeframe specified in your agreement

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design — is the property of Sedra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

User Content

If you submit content through the Platform (such as reviews, ratings, or feedback), you grant Sedra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sedra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sedra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sohag, Egypt.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
